Notice Regarding 2022 AGM

To be held in Person and virtually (by Zoom)
Sunday, October 23^rd, 2022
 
Starting @ 10 AM, promptly!

For Members in good standing please indicate by email your intent to attend in person or via zoom by October 15th ,2022
A  Zoom registration meeting link will be forwarded to members to register for the meeting by October 18th 
 
FYI – The following positions are up for renewal this year:

• President
• Vice President of Sport Development
• Vice President Administration

 Election Nominations can occur right up until the call to order of the AGM.
However, if you could show your expression of interest ahead of time; it would be
greatly appreciated and help us get organized on time. Being we are doing an in-person and zoom meeting
If you can’t attend, please email your proxy to Kevin – 4 max per member
